James R. Wills
Jim concentrates his practice in the fields of criminal and family law and has tried literally hundreds of cases in Dare and Currituck counties over the past 13 years. He is well known among the judges, district attorneys and police officers in Dare and Currituck and has the reputation for aggressive representation of clients when the facts warrant, and artful plea negotiation when it is in the client¹s best interest. Jim prides himself on returning phone calls, communicating with his clients, and providing them with an honest assessment of the case based on his knowledge of the law of this state. Jim is simply one of the most competent and experienced lawyers you can find. He received his undergraduate degree from George Mason University and his law degree from Okalahoma City University. Gregory E Wills

Gregory E. Wills

Greg concentrates his practice in the fields of workman's compensation, personal injury and medical malpractice. Greg is primarily responsible for all of the firm's civil litigation. He has tried civil cases before juries throughout the state of North Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from George Mason University in 1986 and then served 4 years as a Cavalry Officer in the U.S. Army's 3rd Infantry Division. After leaving the Army, Greg attended Campbell University Law School and has been licensed in North Carolina since 1994. He enjoys all manner of courtroom litigation and prides himself on promptly returning phone calls and providing clients with a concise, honest evaluation of each case. Greg treats each case from beginning to end as if it were going to trial. He firmly believes that an attorney cannot advise a client on settlement until the facts necessary to present the case to the jury are known. Greg is a strong advocate and competent litigator.
