PERSONAL INJURY
The firm represents plaintiffs in cases involving injuries as a result of the negligent or intentional acts of others. Whether it is due to an automobile collision or as a result of injuries sustained while visiting commercial or residential establishments here on the Outer Banks, we aggressively pursue the case and apply our knowledge and experience in court room litigation. There is no charge for the initial consultation. All personal Injury cases are taken on a contingency basis. No fee is charged unless the recovery is made on behalf of the injured client.

We protect their right to receive full compensation under the rules of the North Carolina Industrial Commission. There is no charge for a consultation on these cases and all attorney fees are paid on a contingency basis.
